Summary
If players want to become the best merc who ever roamed Night City inCyberpunk 2077, then they are going to want to get as much chrome as possible. Cyberware is an important aspect ofCyberpunk 2077, and it’s how players can upgrade themselves, enhancing their traits to become powerful humans with integrated machine parts thatimprove health, and stamina, and unlock unique abilities otherwise unseen.
The best cyberware inCyberpunk 2077comes from a variety of sources, and some of them are easily missable to players who might be unaware of the impact of certain decisions and explorations that are required to unlock and purchase them.

5Careresist
Purchased From Finger’s M.D. Japantown, Westbrook
As a piece of cyberware for the Immune System, players can use the Cataresist to increase resistances against Chemical, Electrical, and Thermal damage. Players can feel stronger, knowing that weapons and ailments that could otherwise spell their demise are somewhat nullified in combat, but to unlock this cyberware, players are going to need to resistpicking a fight with Fingers, the ripperdoc who used and abused Evelyn Parker.
As of Update 2.0, players can still punch Fingers and gain access to his clinic, although don’t expect him to be polite about it. Yet, if players were to kill him, or even boycott his practice as a doctor, then they are going to get the Careresist, which can be purchased as Uncommon, Epic, or Legendary varieties.

4Militech Canto Mk.6
Find The Blueprint In “Somewhat Damaged” & Complete “This Corrosion”
Whilst the Militech Canto Mk.6isn’t exactly the easiest to obtaindue to the steps required, it’s still one that most players will miss in their playthrough. It involves thePhantom Libertycampaign, and players must side with Solomon Reed in order to progress. In doing so, and claiming the right materials, they will be able to craft a Cyberdeck from beyond the Blackwall itself.
It’s a great cyberdeck, and the fact that it talks to players with the rogue AI inside makes it all the more horrific to use. Players can enjoy this Cyberdeck to its full potential thanks to its RAM units, quickhack slots, buffer size, and Cyberware Capacity, and the Blackwall Gateway quickhack makes things rather sinister for the cyberpsychos out there.

3Detoxifier
Purchased From Finger’s M.D. in Japantown, Westbrook
The Immune System can be used for a great many things, but being able to negate all effects from poison is perhaps one of the best uses, especially early on in V’s career in Night City. The enemies are often unpredictable, and the weapons that they wield can leave players in danger, especially in higher difficulties, where anything can spell their demise.
Picking up the Deotixier could help players who succumb to the overtime damage effects of poison, as this cyberware will just make players shrug it off. However, they need to be in good standing with Fingers, as once again, he won’t exactly like players who have beat or killed him.

2Pain Editor
Purchased From Ripperdocs At Level 30
For those who want to be a walking tank, an Integumentary System is a great choice to have, and Pain Editor will allow players to essentially pick and choose what they feel. It may be a slippery slope to becoming a cyberpsycho, but in Night City, everyone needs cutting-edge technology and chrome in order tostand against the crowdand not be the next corpse found in the crematorium.
Some players might end up missing out on the Pain Editor, specifically because it requires a high level of 30. Most players at this point might not bother checking out what new stock ripperdocs have, and instead, continue to use the safe builds that they have created. However, the Pain Editor shouldn’t be missed out on, as it’s a greatly competent piece of cyberware for those who like absorbing damage.

1Leeroy Ligament System
Purchased From Dogtown Ripperdocs/Looted From Airdrops
The best iconic Cyberware inCyberpunk 2077isn’t just a collage of silly references to other games, like these Leeroy Jenkins leg mods, but ones that provide efficient benefits. With the Leeroy Ligament System, players are able to move faster and increase their armor, allowing them to conquer more threats that willtake hold of Night City and Dogtown. Yet, it’s only available for those who have an into Dogtown itself, which requiresPhantom Liberty.
Players also might not get lucky enough to find this iconic cyberware inside some Airdrops, and instead, will have to reach high levels and hope one of the ripperdocs sells it, even though it might set players back quite a bit, and at this point, they may already have a Legs Cyebrware that they are happy with.
