Genshin ImpactMona is one of the more-powerful 5-star units that reside on the Standard Banner. She can work as a Buffer, Sub-DPS, or even a Main DPS. She also has a decent Hydro application that can ensure easy access to Hydro Reactions, especially Frozen inMorgana’sGenshin Impactteam comp.

Luckily, despite Mona’s various roles inGenshin Impact, her best Catalysts aren’t that far different between each role, making it easy for players to equip Mona with her bestGenshin Impactweapons.
7Mappa Mare
Mappa Mare enhances Mona’s Hydro DMG by up to 32%. It’s easy for her to trigger Mappa Mare’s two stacks and get the full effect with one move. Mona will also be able toinflict higher Elemental Reactions DMGwhen wielding Mappa Mare because of its substat. While Mappa Mare is not the best Catalyst for Mona, it’s still effective to some degree, and great for F2P player.

WhileThrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers’ stats aren’t compatiblewith Mona’s kit, it still allows Mona to transform a whopping 48% ATK to the next character. This F2P weapon and its effect turn Mona into a full Support, where she’s unable to inflict any noticeable DMG, but instead grants the next character enough stats to compromise.
5Hakushin Ring
Same as Favonius Codex, Hakushin Ring have Energy Recharge as a substat. Not only that, butthe Forgeable Catalyst also adds a Supportive abilityto buff Mona’s Hydro DMG and the Electro DMG of all other Electro users in her party.

Since Mona is a great Support inGenshin Impact, Favonius Codex is a decent weapon for her. The 4-star Catalyst adds a valuable Supportive ability to Mona by allowing her to generate Elemental Particles for the whole team to enjoy. Players shouldn’t worry about the lack of offensive stats on the Favonius Catalyst as Mona’s A4 enhances her Hydro DMG by 20% of her Energy Recharge% and Emblem of Severed Fate also increases Mona’s Burst DMG based on her ER.
3The Widsith
The Widsith is atop-tier Catalyst inGenshin Impact, especially at R5. The 4-star weapon grants Mona one of three crazy buffs when she joins the field for 10 seconds. All three buffs work great with Mona, especially if she’s counting on Vaporize to deal DMG.
2Lost Prayer to the Sacred Winds

Lost Prayer to the Sacred Winds is a pretty good weapon for Mona inGenshin Impact. While this weapon’s stats are good and simplify building Mona’s CRIT Value, Sub-DPS and Support Mona can’t use its passive at all. Lost Prayer to the Sacred Winds effect forces its user to stay on the field for 16 seconds to gain 32%. Mona is best used as a Sub-DPS, so it’s a DPS loss to stack all this DMG for nothing.
1Skyward Atlas
Skyward Atlas is one of thebest Catalysts inGenshin Impact. This 5-star weapon can perfectly work on almost any DPS Catalyst user. What makes Skyward Atlas that strong is the fact that it targets and increases its user’s ATK%, which is a general stat. Mona will definitely enjoy this 5-star weapon to unleash the highest DMG she’s capable of inflicting.
