There is political intrigue, crime, and secrets hidden behind the adorable anime girls that star in this series. The series drops little snippets of exposition through news or background conversation, encouraging viewers to put together the puzzle pieces themselves. The audience is introduced to aquirky cast of characters, a mysterious organization, and a quaint coffee shop hiding its real business behind the front end. The anime is flooded with conspiracy, action, and heartwarming moments.

This was announced in Comic Flapper, a magazine known forMushoku Tensei - Jobless Reincarnation,The Rising Of The Sheild Hero, andGirls & Panzer: Ribon no Musha,a spin-off of the originalGirls & Panzer.
As there is no author listed for the project, it can be assumed the manga will be adirect and exact adaption of the anime. It will start serializing next month inComic Flapper, on September 5. The anime is estimated to finish in the same month as well, as the season is reportedly already halfway over, and has already announced the English Dub.
