However, it can only be claimed until Tuesday, November 16, while theRogue Companyepic pack is free until the typical 10 am CT on Thursday, November 18. Fans know what will replace it on theEpic Games Store, that namely beingGuild of Dungeoneering, KID A MNESIA EXHIBITION, andNever Alone. They’ll be available at 10 am CT on Thursday, November 18, at which time the games that will replace them on November 25 ought to be revealed.

Epic Games Store November 18 Free Game: Guild of Dungeoneering
Similar to the role ofDungeon Master in a game ofDungeons and Dragons, Guild of Dungeoneeringgives players the same roles and responsibilities. On the surface, it’s a turn-based dungeon crawler, but one where players control the environment instead of the hero. Players use guild decks to create rooms, monsters, traps, and loot, while the hero character makes their own decision. Players must learn the personalities and classes of their heroes (ranging from The Chump and The Cat Burglar to The Most Holy Grail Knight and The Mathemagician) as would any good DM.
Between dungeon runs, players attempt to restore their guild to their former glory, while also using Glory to level up, unlocking more rooms, equipment, and the like. Overall,Guild of Dungeoneeringfeels like a game about DMing.
Epic Games Store November 18 Free Game: Kid A Mnesia Exhibition
In a world where anything and everything can stand out,Radiohead’sKid A Mnesia Exhibitioncertainly stands out. Launching day and date on Epic Games Store, the game is described as “an upside-down digital/analogue universe created from original artwork by Thom Yoke and Stanley Donwood and sound design by Nigel Godrich.” This was originally supposed to be a physical exhibition, but due to COVID-19, this exhibition has taken on game form. Now, to what extent it is gamified and to what extent it’s a walk-through exhibition remains to be seen, but the best way to get a feel forKid A Mnesia Exhibitionis probably to check out the above trailer.
Epic Games Store November 18 Free Game: Never Alone
Never Aloneis a puzzle-platformer game based on the Inupiaq tale “Kunuusaayuka,” resulting from a partnership between the Cook Inlet Tribal Council and E-Line Meda. It is produced by indigenous people to tell indigenous stories, withNever Alone’s main focus being around the main character Nuna’s discoveriesabout the blizzard, nature, and her village’s role in it. Other indigenous stories told within the game include The Blizzard Man, The Little People, The Manslayer, The Rolling Heads, and The Sky People.
Never Alone’s gameplayis, by and large, rather straightforward. Players can swap between Nuna and her arctic fox to solve puzzles with different abilities, as Nuna can use her bola and move obstacles, while the fox is quicker on its feet. The story comes in the form of an oral tale as well, with players being rewarded with cultural insights from Inupiaq elders, storytellers, and community members.
