Outlaw Rogue Best in Slot Stat Priority
The Best In Slot suggestions in this guide are based on whether the item has the two most important secondary stats to maximize damage. Sometimes, however, there isn’t a piece of gear that has both of the top two stats, in this case, choosing the first and third stat or second and third stat is also usually acceptable.
In the case of the Outlaw Rogue, for items very close in ilvl consider the following priority:
Stat Priority
The primary stat,Agility, is frequently the strongest predictor of an item improvement.Critical StrikesandVersatilityare roughly equal in terms of value as they both increase damage. Mastery is also a good stat as well forMastery: Main Gauche. Haste doesn’t scale as well so it is less of a priority, it will improve attack speed, increase the frequency of damage over time tick rates from bleeds and poisons, and passively improves energy regeneration,
Important Notes For BiS Lists
It is important to note that any jump in ilvl by more than 10 points almost always results in the higher ilvl item being better. If you have an upgrade of 5 ilvl or less, compare the stats based on thestat prioritiesto decide on the better item.

In the case where you have reached 30% in a secondary stat, an item that has a secondary stat that is lower on priority may be a better upgrade. This is why it is always important to sim your gear. For simplicity, we offer the best per slot assuming you have not capped out these stats.

Outlaw Rogue BiS Gear
The items appearing in these lists may come fromMythic+, Raids, or The Vault. Their item level will depend on the instance’s level of difficulty (Normal, Heroic, Mythic, Mythic+ 1-20). This list does not include Renown or Crafting items as it is meant as a guide on what dungeons or raids to attend to get your best gear from these sources.

Best Head
The tier headpiece is a great option to include for the set bonus. The only item that has Crit/Vers stats isCrown of Roaring Storms; there area lotof other second-best options out there.

Best Neck
The crafted necklace,Elemental Lariat, is shaping up to be the best in slot neck for almost all classes, so make sure to have it crafted with the right stats for your spec. As far as Vers/Crit options, there aren’t any, but there are a few that have high stats of one with Mastery or Haste as a second stat.
Strand of the Stars
Best Shoulders
The Tier shoulders do have Versatility which is decent to keep the set bonus, but has a lot of haste. The second option has the best stat allocation. The other two options are Crit/Mastery.
Vault of the Incarnates
Best Back
Unfortunately no Crit & Vers options. The highest Vers option has Haste, so there are other options with Crit & Mastery as well.
Best Chest
The Tier Chestpiece does have Crit but high Mastery. Probably worth it to just have the Tier piece to not break the set bonus. Lots of other options with CritorVers as well.
Best Wrist
There are no options with Versatility on it, so look for these options with Crit/Mastery.
Best Hands
One option with Crit & Vers. The tier-set Gloves are not a terrible choice if you’re good with the amount of Vers you have as they have Crit/Haste.
Best Waist
Only one option with Versatility that has Mastery. There are lots of Crit/Mastery options as well this is the one with the highest Crit value.
Best Legs
The Tier Legs are pants down the best option as they have both Crit and Vers, finally! All other options included here have Crit/Mastery, but make the tier legs a priority.
Best Feet
Here are the top options for boots, only CritorVers with Mastery as a second stat.
Best Rings
The best option here has Vers/Crit. For the second ring, however, It will be a toss up depending on your stats for a Vers/Haste option or Crit/Mastery option. There is also the last ring that boosts auto-attack damage which is worth looking into as well.

How To Simulate To Determine Your Best Gear
